Located between the Inland Empire and the San Gabriel Valley, the city of Pomona continues to be a popular place for families and businesses. The city hosts the Los Angeles County Fair and is only 27 miles from the busy city of Los Angeles. In 2010, The Census of Population and Housing found there were 149,058 people living in Pomona, just 0.3 percent less than recorded in 2000.
