Its border is comprised of the following: Los Angeles River, Main St., Indiana, Washington Blvd., 25th St., Alameda St., 1st St., and the Pasadena Freeway. The median sale price of a single family home in the Metropolitan area in May 2011 was $142,500, compared to $176,450 a year prior in May 2010. Sales volume during May 2011 was $432,500, compared to the significantly higher $682,900 in May 2010. Out of the 8 houses that sold between January and May 2011, 3 of them sold in May.
