Located just 23 miles outside of downtown Los Angeles is the city of Glendora. The median rent paid each month was $1,300. Information notes that 95.7 percent of housing units were occupied, with the majority lived in by homeowners.
The median household income between 2006 and 2010 was $75,954, also higher than California's average during the same time of $60,883.
