Bryce Dallas Howard sells LA home for $2.33 million

Another celebrity home for sale in Los Angeles was off the market recently, when Bryce Dallas Howard sold her house for $2.33 million.
The Golden Globe-nominated actress, and daughter of director Ron Howard, purchased the Mediterranean-style home back in 2006 for $2.9 million, and first listed the property in 2010, according to ABC News. The home was then taken off the market and re-listed in February for $2.33 million.
The Hollywood Hills home, which is gated, boasts a formal dining room, den/media room, office, sauna and wine cellar. It also has a walled courtyard, with both city and canyon views. The master suite includes a sitting room and luxurious bathroom.
The backyard of the home features landscaped patios, a loggia with a fireplace and a large grassy yard.
Dallas Howard is most well-known for her role in As You Like It in 2006, which landed her a Golden Globe Award nomination. She has also acted in Spider-Man 3, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse and The Help.
Hollywood Hills is a major draw for TV and movie stars, as it boats luxurious homes with spectacular views.
