Comedian David Spade selling home in Malibu

Funny actor David Spade listed his Malibu beach home at $13.5 million. He tried to list it in 2007, but the celebrity wasn't able to sell it with a $16 million price tag. Spade most likely increased the price due to major renovations made after he purchased the home in 2005 for $9.3 million. One source reports that the actor has another home in Los Angeles that serves as his main residence.
Spade is best known for his start on Saturday Night Live and currently co-stars on the television series Rules of Engagement. He has also starred in films including Grown Ups and more recently, fellow former cast mate Adam Sandler's Jack and Jill.
The home was built in 1996 and has 3,763 square feet of living space, including four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. The property also sits on a quarter-acre lot with a pool. The beach house features four fireplaces and hardwood floors, but best of all - it sits right on the beach.
