After recently selling her home in California's Encino neighborhood, The Los Angeles Times reports that Tori Spelling has bought a place in Malibu for $2.945 million. She and her husband, Dean McDermott, sold their previous home for $2.5 million.
The house will serve as a new setting for the family's reality television show, Tori and Dean's Storibook Weddings.
According to the source, the new 2,300-square-foot home has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and sits on nearly two acres of land. Other features of the home include vaulted ceilings in the living room, built-in bookshelves and bamboo floors.
The Times reports that outdoor features of the home include organic gardens and native landscaping. Custom-built doors lead to decks that surround the home, making it perfect for entertaining guests.
