Celebrity real estate sites are buzzing that entrepreneur Kimora Lee Simmons has added her Beverly Hills property to the list of homes for sale in Los Angeles County. While the outside appearance of the home may not indicate it is owned by the fashionista, the inside of the home has her asking $4.65 million. She reportedly purchased the home back in 2007 for $5.9 million.
Simmons is the ex-wife of music mogul Russell Simmons, and took over his position with Phat Fashions as the President and Creative Director. She has also written a self-help book and starred in her own reality show on the Style Network, Life in the Fab Lane.
The well-designed home sits on a private, gated street and offers 5,923 square feet of living space including six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Some notable features of the two-story house include a recently remodeled kitchen, multiple fireplaces and fun outdoor amenities including a pool, patio and large yard.
While it has not been reported where Simmons will move once her home has sold, she will likely stay in the Southern California area for work and so her children can stay close with their friends.
