Hollywood actor Pierce Brosnan leasing Malibu beach house

While many celebrities choose to list their homes for sale in Los Angeles County, news sources report that Hollywood actor Pierce Brosnan has put his on the market for lease.
He purchased the property for around $7 million back in 2000 and is available for tenants who can pay the $250,000-a-month rent. With over 13,000 square feet of living space, renters will have three master suites totaling four bedrooms and twelve bathrooms, while its beachfront location makes it the perfect getaway for those who can afford the $750,000 security deposit.
Brosnan is well-known for his role as James Bond in Die Another Day, The World is Not Enough and Goldeneye, but has also starred in numerous other movies including I Don't Know How She Does It and The Ghost Writer. He is currently filming his latest film, Love Punch, overseas.
Some notable features of the Southern California home include a library, wine cellar, a steam room, fitness center, floor-to-ceiling glass walls and a home theater. While it has not been reported where Brosnan will be living while renting out the home, leasing it indicates he may want to hold on to it a bit longer.
