Drew Barrymore's new husband selling home in West Hollywood

While many homes for sale in Los Angeles are well into the $1 million price range, art consultant William Kopelman has sold his West Hollywood home. Records show he purchased the home for $755,000 but it went for a slightly higher asking price of $885,000.
The news of the real estate move comes as he recently married actress Drew Barrymore at her home in Montecito. The home was purchased by a local broker.
The home was built in 2004 and offers 1,548 square feet of living space including two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bachelor pad loft has many upgraded features including white high-gloss floors, a built-in bar and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
It had not been reported if the recently wed couple will be moving boxes into a new home together or if Kopelman will be staying in Barrymore's long-time home.
