News sources report that actor turned director Warren Beatty and his celebrity wife Annette Bening have added their Beverly Hills estate to the list of homes for sale in Los Angeles County.
While it has not been reported how much the couple purchased the home for, it was formerly available to rent for $27,500 a month, but has reappeared on the market with a $6.995 million asking price or $19,995 rental rate.
Beatty first broke into the business with roles in Bonnie and Clyde, Bullworth and Dick Tracy and went on to win an Oscar for directing Reds. He also received the Cecil B. DeMile Award in 2007 while earning numerous Golden Globe nominations and wins. Bening is an Oscar-nominated actress and has been in films including The Drigers, American Beauty, The Kids Are All Right and Being Julia.
The two-story house was built in 1992 and sits on just over an acre of land. The Mediterranean-style mansion offers 10,594 square feet of living space including six family bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Other notable features of the estate include a swimming pool, a spa and a separate guest house.
