Actor and comedian Jamie Kennedy moving out of Los Feliz bungalow

Comedian Jamie Kennedy has added his Los Feliz estate to the list of homes for sale in Los Angeles County. While public records show he purchased the home in 2007 for $2.15 million, buyers can start moving in after meeting the $1.9 million asking price.
Kennedy has starred on his own television show The Jamie Kennedy Experiment and on Ghost Whisperer. He made his big-screen debut in Malibu's Most Wanted and has also lent his voice to the animated series The Cleveland Show.
Photos of the home showcase its modern design including an open layout with 2,400 square feet of living space, three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Outdoor amenities that are fit for any celebrity include an outdoor bar and dining area, shower, a swimming pool, spa and a cabana.
In the master suite, buyers will enjoy two walk-in closets, double fireplaces and a spa-inspired bathroom.
Kennedy may choose to stay in the Southern California area after becoming accustomed to warm weather and future career opportunities.
