Celebrity real estate blog The Real Estalker reports that screenwriter and director Dan Harris has added his Sunset Boulevard home to the list of homes for sale in Los Angeles. Public records show he purchased the home back in 2005 for $2.075 million, but it has reappeared with a slightly higher asking price of $2.395 million.
Harris may be best known for writing Superman Returns, but has also worked on other films including Until Death and X2. He has also directed multiple short films including Dancing with Agnes, Urban Chaos Theory and The Killing of Candice Klein.
With 3,085 square feet of living space, the French Normandy-style home offers three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and numerous upgrades that will surely attract buyers soon. Some notable amenities include privacy provided by a front gate, dark wood flooring, a mosaic fireplace and marble countertops in the kitchen.
Outdoor features include a swimming pool and elevated spa, allowing buyers a great escape during Southern California's warm summer months.
