The estate musician Moby purchased in 2008 has recently joined the list of homes for sale in Los Angeles County, and despite having paid only $2.95 million, it has a significantly higher asking price of $3.695 million.
Moby and Deanna Berkeley, the head of fashion's Alice + Olivia, have been living in the Hollywood Regency style home together for years, but have not noted if they are looking for homes in Southern California. The artist has been nominated for multiple Grammy awards, including the best alternative music performance in 2000 and more recently the best electronic dance album in 2009 among other categories.
The 3,700-square-foot home includes a main house with three bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms and a separate guest house, perfect for friends and family who may be visiting. Some features including 12-foot high ceilings, a media den lined with built-in bookcases, a fun-shaped pool and a gourmet kitchen should prompt those looking at homes for sale in Southern California to call their real estate agents in no time.
