Celebrity real estate blog The Real Estalker reports that Hollywood movie producer Donald De Line has re-added his estate to the list of homes for sale in Los Angeles County. While it has not been reported what he paid for the home, it has reappeared on the market with a $3.675 million asking price.
De Line began his career working on Pretty Woman and Armageddon and went on to produce a number of popular films including I Love You, Man, Green Lantern, The Italian Job, Fool's Gold and The Stepford Wives. The Italian Job earned him a Black Reel nomination for the Best Film in 2004. He reportedly purchased the property from Oscar-nominated screenwriter Steve Kloves, who is known for his work on most of the Harry Potter films and The Amazing Spiderman.
According to the blog, the ranch-style home sits on just under an acre of land, offering 4,894 square feet of living space including four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Some notable features of the estate include hardwood flooring, built-in shelving, a gourmet kitchen and a wood burning fireplace.
