Former Nickelodeon star Drake Bell lists Los Angeles home

Actor Drake Bell, who starred in Nickelodeon's "Drake and Josh," recently added to the inventory of homes for sale in Los Angeles after listing his property.
Bell, who purchased the property in 2007 for $2.05 million, was issued a notice of default in 2012, with $85,238 in past payments due on his mortgage. The home is now in the foreclosure process and is listed as a short sale for $1.4 million.
The vintage-esque home in Los Angeles has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and measures 2,640 square feet.
The three-story home also has hardwood floors, glass windows and large wooden doors, according to RealtyToday. It boasts a formal living room, a dining room, a library, a lounge and an office. The property has a swimming pool as well.
Bell is most well-known for his role on the Nickelodeon show "Drake and Josh," opposite Josh Peck, but he has also released two full-length albums.
Most recently, he participated in ABC's diving competition reality show, "Splash," with other celebrities, including Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Katherine Webb.
Bell's Los Feliz property will be sold at an auction in the near future.
