The Los Angeles real estate market often has many star studded listings. One that was recently sold was from former Baywatch star David Hasselhoff.
Hasselhoff's Encino estate recently sold for $3.55 million after hitting the market in November 2012 for $3.79 million. The home has five bedrooms and five and a half baths, as well as a pub room, where Hasselhoff showed off his awards, photographs and albums.
The 8,947-square-foot Southern Colonial sits on 1.5 acres of land and has double gates at the entrance, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Features of the interior include a formal dining room and a screening room, while the backyard boasts a swimming pool and spa. The property also includes two guesthouses and a tennis court.
Hasselholff is most well-known for his leading roles in Knight Rider and Baywatch, but he has also put out numerous albums. He has participated in many reality TV shows as well, as a contestant on Dancing With the Stars and a judge on America's Got Talent.
Encino is a popular spot for celebrities, and Hasselhoff likely won't be the only one to buy or sell a home in the area.
